The pressure bar insert is an aluminum channel with red rubber and PTFE fabric tape cover that is inserted into the pressure bar on all models built pre-1998, all model 20's, and various models over 30" in length. If you have a question, please call Accu-Seal with your specific model and serial #.
The Seal Jaw Service kit includes the Pressure bar with knobs, Element Pad assembly, ¼” Heater Element, PTFE Fabric zone tape for over the element, 2 thumb screws. Not for Models built prior to 1998. See Pressure bar insert or call Accu-Seal with your model and Serial number.
Thermocouple is used to sense heat at the seal area on the impulse heat sealer. Replacement thermocouples are mounted on a piece of aluminum and taped in place for easy installation on your heat sealer or vacuum sealer
