The pressure bar insert is an aluminum channel with red rubber and PTFE fabric tape cover that is inserted into the pressure bar on all models built pre-1998, all model 20's, and various models over 30" in length. If you have a question, please call Accu-Seal with your specific model and serial #.
PTFE Fabric Tape Set includes: 2" PTFE Fabric tape with a 1" non adhesive center zone for over the element and a 1/2" strip of full adhesive PTFE Fabric Tape for under the element
Seal Jaw service kit for the Impulse heat sealer includes: the seal bar with pressure pad, the element pad assembly for under the heater element, 3/8" nichrome heater element with brass end tabs, two thumb nuts and 2" PTFE Fabric tape with 1" non-adhesive zone for over the element.
Thermocouple is used to sense heat at the seal area on the impulse heat sealer. Replacement thermocouples are mounted on a piece of aluminum and taped in place for easy installation on your heat sealer or vacuum sealer
