The pressure bar insert is an aluminum channel with red rubber and PTFE fabric tape cover that is inserted into the pressure bar on all models built pre-1998, all model 20's, and various models over 30" in length. If you have a question, please call Accu-Seal with your specific model and serial #.
30" Seal Jaw service kit includes: The Pressure bar insert, Element Pad assembly, ¼” Heater Element, PTFE Fabric zone tape for over the element, 2 thumb screws.
The thermocouple is used to sense the heat at the seal area. Replacement thermocouples are pre-mounted on a piece of aluminum and taped in position with teflon tape for easy installation on your heat sealer or vacuum sealer.
